Objectives of the Committee

MENU SEWA FOUNDATION is committed to social welfare and sustainable community development through education, healthcare, environment awareness, and women empowerment. Our objectives are aligned towards improving the quality of life for marginalized communities.

  • To provide education and establish schools, literacy centers, and other institutions in rural and underdeveloped areas.
  • To create awareness and provide support in areas of health, sanitation, primary healthcare, child welfare, and maternal care.
  • To organize programs on environmental protection, disaster management, and sustainable development practices.
  • To promote women empowerment, self-employment training, handicrafts, and income-generating activities.
  • To support communities in times of crisis through relief, rehabilitation, and medical assistance.

Bylaws

Our Bylaws

Menu Sewa Foundation operates under a clear set of bylaws that govern our organizational structure, decision-making processes, and operational guidelines. These bylaws ensure transparency, accountability, and effective management of all our initiatives.

  • The organization shall be known as "Menu Sewa Foundation" (M S Foundation).
  • The registered office of the Foundation shall be located at Pragya Puri, New Babu Para, Bhagalpur Road, Dumka, Jharkhand.
  • The operational area of the Foundation shall extend throughout Jharkhand and other regions where our programs are implemented.
  • The governing body shall consist of a President, Secretary, Treasurer, and other executive members elected through a democratic process.
  • Regular meetings shall be conducted to review progress, plan activities, and ensure proper utilization of resources.
  • Financial transactions shall be properly documented, audited annually, and made available for scrutiny by appropriate authorities.
  • Amendments to these bylaws may be proposed by executive members and require a two-thirds majority vote for approval.
